6-Week Fitness Challenge | January 20th - February 28th
Kickoff Seminar: Saturday, January 18th at 10:00 AM
Get motivated for a healthy change in the New Year!
Program Includes- Introduction and review of program details. Special guest speaker, Stacey Vicari, Life Coach.
- Initial weight and body composition analysis; final weight and body composition analysis at end of challenge.
- Weekly prize drawings for all participants (must log some exercise that week to qualify).
- 6 weekly prize drawings and 3 grand prizes
- Top male and female prize for most body fat + weight lost
- Grand prize drawing out of top 10 with most accumulative exercise.
- Encouragement and motivation from fitness specialists
- New Year, New You T-Shirt (must average 2 1/2 hours of exercise each week of the program)
Program Rules
- Sign up at the Service Desk beginning December 18th
- Initial body composition testing week of January 20-25 and have final body composition the week of February 20-28 to be eligible for prizes.
